How the Cash Purchase Works

Browse our available properties and select the lot or land that interests you.
Reserve the Property
Submit a $2,000 deposit by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, wire, Western Union, MoneyGram, or check.
Review and Sign
After receiving the deposit, we send the purchase agreement by email, fax, or mail. It includes the price and transaction terms.
Complete the Closing
A title company near the land completes the closing, typically within 14 days, and provides title insurance confirming clear title.
Choose How to Hold Title
Tell us how you would like ownership shown and provide your name, address, and contact telephone number.
Receive Your Property
The transaction can be completed remotely by email or mail—no trip to Florida is required.
Deposit policy: The deposit is refundable until a purchase agreement has been signed. Once the agreement is signed, the deposit is nonrefundable. The $495 closing cost applies to cash purchases; we pay the other applicable closing fees described in the agreement.
